Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns unless you did not order the contents of the package. If that is the case, you must email crystalkidshop@crystalkid.com.au with a receipt of your purchase and the items you did not purchase. We will then send a return address and pay for shipping.
PLEASE NOTE that items labelled as FREE cannot be returned. We will not accept returns of free items.
If your package is missing items, send an email with proof of purchase and an unboxing video (details listed below). You may choose to get a refund of the product price, or to receive the items separately.
In order to get refunds, you must film an unpacking video from before the tape is cut to the end of showing the last product. If there is any damage that was not mentioned in the description of the item (If purchased and not a free item) you will receive a complete refund for that product only. We will not refund for incorrect information such as addresses. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
